Our air conditioner went out on a Friday night. Saturday morning, I called Crawford and a very nice young man said he would be there in an hour. He was. He diagnosed the issue, but it would be a couple of days before he could get parts. In the meantime, he let us borrow two window units (which he installed) that got us through the weekend. As promised, he returned with the parts and had us up and running in no time. Very, very happy with Crawford HVAC and will not use anyone else!
